Download the App

Search for "Lunova Player" in the app section of your device and install it.

Pro-Tip: Grant permission for location and media access if prompted.

Access the Menu

Once opened, navigate to the icon menu on the left side and select Log in.

Choose LunaKey

Select the LunaKey option prominently displayed at the top of your sign-in screen.

Enter Credentials

Enter your unique LunaKey exactly as it appears in your welcome email, then press Login.

Create Your Profile

Name your profile, choose your custom avatar, and select your newly created profile to launch the service.

You can create up to 4 individual profiles for your whole household.

Unsupported Devices Alert

Any Amazon Fire device currently running Vega OS (e.g., Fire TV Stick 4K Select, Fire TV Stick HD, or Lite/Select models) is locked down by Amazon and is not supported.

The latest model of the Fire TV Stick 4K and all future Fire TV devices are also entirely unsupported due to operating system changes.
